- Does the cost include technical support and customer service?
- Yes! All ExpoBeacon customers can contact our support desk at any time to be put in touch with an agent. We also have comprehensive how-to guides and video guides on using ExpoBeacon should you need them.
- Are there any volume-based discounts for larger events or multiple events?
- Please contact our support team prior to becoming an ExpoBeacon customer to discuss discounts for larger or multiple events.
- Is there a contract or commitment required for using ExpoBeacon?
- All of our products are licenced on a 12-month contract.
- Are there discounts for paying annually instead of monthly?
- Yes! We offer one free month of the product if you sign up to pay annually.
- How long is an onboarding call?
- Generally it takes around 30 minutes for your account manager to show you around ExpoHub.
- I don’t have time to do an onboarding call, how else can I setup my event?
- Whilst we would advise you take advantage of the one-to-one onboarding call, as soon as you’re given access to ExpoHub you can go ahead and start adding your event details straight away. If you get stuck there are comprehensive support guides to help you on your way and your account manager will be there if you need them.
- I need a bespoke element for my event, is this possible?
