For all our games we offer two methods of delivery. Either the game is available via a URL or we can ship out our custom hardware. Discover the features of each type to see the one best suited for your event requirements.
Web-based
  • Direct URL access provides easy accessibility for attendees. (customisable URL’s available in our gold and platinum packages)
  • Ideal for venues with reliable Wi-Fi connections.
  • Updates and modifications to the game can be implemented remotely.

 

Hardware
  • Suitable for venues with limited or unreliable Wi-Fi, ensuring uninterrupted gameplay regardless of connectivity issues.
  • No additional configuration or set up is required, simply plug in the box and start playing.
  • Optimised for successful event performance, ensuring smooth gameplay and a positive user experience throughout the event.
  • Delivered two business days prior to the event for convenient setup and testing.

  • We offer all our games under four tiered plans, starting at £599. Each plan offers different features and levels of customisation to suit your specific objectives.
  • How long does it take to receive my game?
  • From the initial call to the completion and handover of the game, the process typically takes between 4 to 6 weeks. During this time, we'll be in constant communication to ensure that the customisations meet your requirements. We recommend reaching out at least 4 weeks prior to your event to allow sufficient time for tailoring the app to your event goals and preferences.
  • What else do I need to consider?
  • In addition to the game itself, it's essential to consider the power requirements for running the game smoothly. You'll also need a suitable device to run the game on your event stand. All our games are tested for compatibility on a Chrome browser on a device using Windows 11. If you're looking to hire a touchscreen TV for the event, we can assist you with this, just let your account manager know.
  • What is better for games - web-based or hardware?
  • Web-based games offer the advantage of a direct URL for your game, meaning all you'll need is a WiFi connection. However, if the venue has limited Wi-Fi, we can provide the game on our own custom hardware. Our hardware solution must be plugged into a device using a HDMI and USB port and are delivered two business days prior to the event for peace of mind.
